Join Leta Norton, chef and pasta maker extraordinaire, for an evening of mixing, rolling, shaping and eating delicious pasta! This second class in our pasta series will cover sheeted pasta shapes, including one filled pasta and one shaped pasta. We will make a filling for either ravioli or tortellini, and a shape a second shape like farfalle or garganelli. Class will include a dough demonstration and sauce pairing recipes.
Class will include generous samples of pasta, appetizers, a glass of wine, and each participant will leave with a box of pasta they made during class.
