This month, resident food geek, Hank Sawtelle, will be our guide in the realm of emulsions. Get ready to whisk up a storm as we prepare vinaigrette, hollandaise and sabayon and learn some tricks and tips to keep these finicky sauces in line. 

We’ll end the class by eating our creations, and enjoying beverages paired with the meal.
