Pie with Kir Jensen: American Classics!


Two of my most favorite desserts to make in the warmer months, these classics are straight sunshine on a plate. Perfectly spiced graham cracker crust, nestled up with silky smooth, sweet-tart filling and crowned with lighter than air clouds of whipped cream....is there anything better than this?! 

Not only are these desserts versatile in all kinds of flavor combinations, they are a breeze to whip up for any occasion, summer picnic and BBQ. You will be THE HIT at any party, trust me. 

What to Expect:

  • Some demo, some hand-on.

  • Students will roll out flaky pie dough and form their own, beautifully flutted pie shell to take home.

  • Demo: finish/ garnish pies

  • Sweets, wine and good tunes to enjoy

  • Custom recipe book with all the recipes covered in class, as well as helpful tips for successful baking. 

Class to be offered on Thursday, April 25th, 6:30 - 9pm.

Originally from Chicago, celebrated baker Kir Jensen has made Portland her home for the past 20 years.
