Set yourself up for healthy eating all week with holistic health coach Emily Michel and nutritionist, Ali Bourgerie. We will spend two hours preparing healthy meals for you and your household in a fun and easy manner. We do the planning and shopping, all you have to do is bring your hands. Food prep has never been so fun!

Time and Location: 

Sunday, January 13, 10 - Noon @ Cookshop

What to expect:

  • Please expect to spend two hours prepping meals for the week with a group of 6-8 people.

  • You prepare one menu item for the group, but go home with food to feed you and your household.

  • Everyone will leave with: 2 breakfasts, 3 lunches, 3 dinners, and 2 snacks

  • Some items will be require reheating only when ready to be consumed. Other items will require minimal cooking time at home just prior to eating.

  • The menu and ingredients are provided. Menus for this session will be vegan, dairy and gluten free.

  • This is less of a cooking class and more of a community building event. Menus are designed to be easy to execute even for beginners.

  • Please bring storage containers to transport your prepared food home. Additional containers will be available for purchase if needed.
