So many great food stories begin with our mothers and grandmothers - and this is a dinner to celebrate them. Come join us for a Mother's Day Italian feast class, straight from Rinne's grandmothers kitchen! We will be telling our stories of the favorite food women in our lives, so please bring a story of your own - if you would like to share, we would love to hear it. Turn up the Sinatra, pour some bubbly Lambrusco and let's make some meatballs. 

What to Expect:

  • Class will include all instruction, tools, recipes and ingredients.

  • There will be a mix of demo and hands-on cooking instruction.

  • Each student will enjoy some light nibbles, sparkling water, and a welcome glass of wine or beer (additional beverages are available for purchase).

  • We’ll be making pasta that contains wheat flour, and meatballs and sauce will contain meat. Gluten free pasta can be available for eating, but we will not be making it from scratch. Class is not suitable for vegetarians/vegans.

  • Class will end with a sit down meal of salad, pasta with sauce, bread and dessert.

About Mikey and Rinne: Mikey is a CIA trained chef and works as a consultant, helping people make yummy food - his mom taught him to dream about ALL times. Rinne owns Portland Pediatric Acupuncture, and when she's not healing kiddos, she's working to recreate the recipes that her Italian grandmother made for her as a child. Come and eat with us!
