Have you wanted to jump on the meal prep bandwagon, but aren’t sure where to start? Do you already do some batch cooking, but would prefer to do it with a group of people to share the work? Let Cookshop take care of the details like menu planning and shopping, and you just show up to do the prep!
Each participant will leave with 3 dinners, 2 breakfast items, and salad kits and/or soup to eat for lunches throughout the week. Dinners will serve 4 people.
What to expect:
All materials, ingredients and equipment provided by Cookshop.
Organic vegetables and proteins (local when possible).
A list of needed food containers will be sent prior to class (all containers can be provided for an extra fee).
Snacks and beverages throughout the class.
Each participant will recieve a packet of recipes, shopping lists and instructions so that they can duplicate this meal prep session at home.
This class will be led by Ali Bourgerie, holistic nutritionist and owner of Shifting Nutrition.
