Cookshop Curiosity: Spring Feast


Cookshop’s Curiousity classes will introduce recipes and techniques for both old and new favorite cuisines from around the world.

This class will bring Corey Pressman of into the Cookshop kitchen for a late spring feast! We’ll be making herbed lamb chops, asparagus with walnut vinaigrette, a bright salad with seasonal greens and edible flowers, lentil salad, and pavlova for dessert. Wine pairings included with dinner.
