Sugar Fix: Caramels


Join pastry chef and owner, Meredith Mortensen, for an evening of sugary goodness. This month, we'll tackle caramels. You'll learn the right equipment to use, a basic recipe or two to use as a base, and a few variations to make your next batch of caramels your own. Everyone will sample their finished product in class, and leave with a bag full to share (or not!) with friends and family.
