Join FAME Educators Johanna Glaser and Kelly McLauchlan Stone for a 12-week workshop series demonstrating simple techniques for selecting and cooking healthy whole foods. We’ll discuss important nutrition topics like healthy fats, what sugars are hiding in our food, how to balance your blood sugar, and promote healthy digestion, and more! Each week we'll have 90 minutes of nutrition education and hands-on cooking led by our in-house nutritionists, Johanna and Kelly. Following the nutrition lesson, we'll enjoy a meal together to savor your hard work.

FAME can serve those looking for an introduction to cooking and eating whole foods and those looking for a deeper understanding of the health benefits of a whole foods-based diet. Regardless of age, cooking experience, or health status, you and your entire family will benefit from learning healthy cooking skills and nutritional know-how. Each workshop will welcome up to 16 participants, both children and adults.

Johanna is a holistic nutritionist, personal chef, urban farmer, and folk herbalist with a passion for local, sustainable, and seasonal foods. She is passionate about creating simple nourishing dishes that feature fresh produce from local farms and seasonal wild foods.
Kelly is a wellness consultant providing customized nutrition programming and workplace yoga for small teams and business executives. Kelly's primary goal is to provide education and resources to guide individuals to expertly manage stress, sleep, and food choices for vitality in and outside of the office.
