Join Leta Norton, chef and pasta maker extraordinaire, for an evening of mixing, rolling, shaping and eating delicious pasta! In this hands-on pasta class we’ll cover using local, whole grain flour in place of the standard “00” flour in egg pasta. Learn how these nutritious flours provide and added dimension and more complex flavor to your next batch of home made pasta.
What to expect:
Class will include all instruction, tools, recipes and ingredients.
Each student will enjoy some light nibbles, sparkling water, and a welcome glass of wine or beer (additional beverages are available for purchase).
There will be some demo, and lots of time for hands-on pasta shaping.
Class will end with generous samples of pasta, and each participant will leave with a box of the pasta they made during class.
