Cookbook Club: Kachka: A Return to Russian Cooking

Join us for the third Cookshop Cookbook Club! We will be hosting a monthly potluck dinner, where all attendees will bring a dish they made using a recipe from a selected cookbook.

For our February event, we’ll be cooking from Kachka: A Return to Russian Cooking, by Bonnie Frumkin Morales. Pick one up at Powell’s, online, or place a hold at your local library. We’ll also have a reference copy available at Cookshop if you need to take a peek. Specific recipe assignments will be doled out once you’ve registered. A small fee of $10 will cover bread and your first glass of wine, beer or water kefir at the dinner.
