Eating and Drinking France: The Loire

$100.00
SOLD OUT

It’s Valentine’s Day, so grab your sweetie, bring your bestie, or just invite yourself (as the lovely Emma Watson calls it, self-partnering!) and join us for an evening of gorgeous food and wine from the Loire Valley of France.

Along with all the châteaux, the region is known for exquisite wines and dishes that celebrate fresh produce from the local farms, orchards, dairies, and rivers…kind of like the Willamette Valley. We’ll share highlights from the region’s gastronomy as we serve up some of our favorite things to eat and drink.

Final menu will be posted soon (hint: Tarte Tatin might be involved), but know that you’ll enjoy a four-course menu cooked by Martha (who holds the Grand Diplôme from La Varenne cooking school, merci beaucoup), with wines thoughtfully curated by John to dance with every course.

 What to expect:

  • Four course meal, paired with wines.

  • Less of a formal class, more of a dinner party where you get to sit back, enjoy the evening, and ask questions and engage with the food and wine experts.

  • Price is per person, and includes all food, drink, gratuities.

Seating is limited to 12 people, so sign up soon!

CLASS DATE: Friday, February 14th — 6:30 - 8:30pm
