Join Sophia Malek for an evening of pasta making, but all gluten free! Sophia is a nutritionist and former Bob’s Red Mill cooking instructor and R&D Specialist who has perfected her gluten free pasta recipe. She’ll guide you through making dough, rolling it out, and you’ll create a delicious summer sauce to bring it all together.
What to expect:
Class will include all instruction, tools, recipes and ingredients.
Our dough will contain gluten free flour and eggs.
There will be some demo, and lots of time for hands-on pasta shaping.
Wine, beer, and kombucha available for purchase.
About our instructor:
Sophia Malek is a nutritionist, feminist, mother and general hell raiser. Following her time at NUNM, Sophia worked in research and development at Bob’s Red Mill, where she also taught classes and honed her gluten free repertoire.
Fed up with diet culture, she sought to reclaim the word Bad and has since spun it into the name of her company, Bad Nutrition Chia Pudding.
