We’ll explore flavor, food, and art in a collaborative, hands-on setting. Each day features a new flavor and a mix of baking projects and art techniques to encourage creativity, curiosity, and confidence. We’ll cover a wide range of recipes and mediums – from cookies, tarts, and candy making to painting, printmaking, and graphic design!
While we focus on the same 5 flavors each week of camp, we will switch up the recipes for weeks 3 & 4 of camp (if you’d like to sign up for more than one week of camp, we suggest picking one of the first 2 weeks and one of the last 2 weeks).
In the kitchen we’ll be focusing on the baking and pastry projects, with wheat, dairy, sugar, fruits, vegetables, chocolate, and eggs playing a vital role.
PLEASE NOTE: if your child has any food allergies or intolerances, please contact us BEFORE registering to see if camp will be a good fit.
