Join Cookshop, Bridgetown Mushrooms and Vehicle Chocolates for a morning talking about and tasting mushrooms! After we get an introduction to varieties grown by Bridgetown, Chef Luca will demo a few recipes using their products, and then we’ll have time to various other uses for mushrooms, including coffee and chocolate from Vehicle. What to Expect:
Some lecture, some discussion, and some time to explore exhibits.
There will be time to sample dishes, plus we’ll have tinctures, grow bags and other products available for purchase.
This is not a hands-on cooking class, but you will get recipes to take home.
