Dried Flower Pumpkin Workshop with Rich Earth Designs

Join Cookshop and Jen Rich, of Rich Earth Designs, for an afternoon of fall floral fun! Celebrate the autumn season and create festive pumpkin decor that will delight. Adorn your choice of pumpkin or gourd with a season’s collection of locally grown dried flowers, textures and fungi that will spark that wonder and be the talk of the party!

What to expect:

• Floral pumpkin instruction and guidance and all tools needed.

• A seasonal, vegetarian soup, bread and mulled cider will be served during class.

• Each student will take home their creations.

• Wine and beer available for purchase.

About our Instructor

Jen Rich is the farmer and the florist behind Rich Earth Designs. Born and raised in the Portland area, her passion is to get flowers to the people and to connect them with the beauty and magic of our natural world. Jen is growing flowers, native plants, fruit and regenerating the land she grew up on in St. Helens Oregon, Cowlitz land. Her hope was to create a beautiful landscape for the community to look at, to support our beloved pollinators and to create biodiversity for the land, it is working. She designs in her NE Portland Studio where she has lived for 21 years. She lives with her partner, 2 children and 2 dogs.
