Summer Camp: Middle School Mini Camp, July 31 - August 2, 2023
Join Cookshop and Make Do Art for three days of baking and art! We will spend our mornings taking a deep dive into bread making. We’ll be joined by Chef Luca, former head baker at Sweedeedee and a sourdough expert. We’ll start our own sourdough cultures, learn all about different styles of bread, and get a chance to knead, shape and bake our way through several loaves!
Our focus around the art table for this special mini week of camp for teens will be painting. Come experiment with acrylics on canvas, abstract watercolors, and explore a variety of painting techniques to make your mark.
What to expect:
This camp is for kids entering 6th-8th grade in the fall.
Please pack a lunch each day.
While we can make adjustments for some food allergies and intolerances, this camp is NOT suitable for anyone with a gluten allergy or intolerance.

9:00 - 9:30 am Kids arrive, settle in
9:30 - 12:00 pm Baking projects
12:00 1:00 pm Lunch and Journal Time
1:00 pm - 3:00 pm Art projects
3:00 pm Pick up
Cancelation Policy for Summer Camps:
Cancellations on or after May 1: 50% of tuition is refundable
Cancellations on or after June 1: No tuition is refundable.
