Set yourself up for healthy eating all week with holistic health coach Emily Michel. We will spend two hours preparing healthy meals for you and your household in a fun and easy manner. We do the planning and shopping, all you have to do is bring your hands. Food prep has never been so fun!

Sunday December 9, 9-11am @ Cookshop
What to expect:
Please expect to spend two hours prepping meals for the week with a group of 6-8 people.
You prepare one menu item for the group, but go home with food to feed you and your household.
Everyone will leave with: 2 breakfasts, 3 lunches, 3 dinners, and 2 snacks
Some items will be require reheating only when ready to be consumed. Other items will require minimal cooking time at home just prior to eating.
The menu and ingredients are provided. Menus are are plant based, gluten and dairy free. Suggestions will be given on incorporating additional proteins or additions at home if you prefer.
This is less of a cooking class and more of a community building event. Menus are designed to be easy to execute even for beginners.
Please bring storage containers to transport your prepared food home. Additional containers will be available for purchase if needed.
Pricing is based on the number of people in your household:
1 person in household: $55
2 people in household: $85
3 people in household: $105
4 people in household: $135
5 people in household: $160
