Baking with Kids: Bagels

At least once each month we will dive into a different delicious baked good. For this class, we'll explore making bagels from scratch. Our instructor will show you how simple and delicious homemade bagels can be, walking you step-by-step through techniques for making perfect yeasted dough, then shaping, seasoning, boiling and baking bagels.

Each participant will get to sample their finished product, and bring home a few bagels to share with their family.

This class is great for participants between the ages of 5 - 12. Participants 5 and under must be accompanied by an adult. There is no extra fee for an attending adult.
