Join Cookshop chefs and friends for a fun morning run one Saturday each month. We will lead a run with routes ranging from 3-6 miles, and follow the run up with coffee, snacks, stretching and a guest speaker. All paces and abilities welcome!
This month, we'll be joined by Laura Coleman, Structural Kinesiologist and owner of Just Muscles Personal Training. Laura will be teaching us about pre-hab, and helping us to prevent common running injuries.
Cookshop Run Club is a free event, but please RSVP so that we have enough post-run snacks for everyone!
