Join Cookshop chefs and friends for a fun morning run one Saturday each month. We will lead a run with routes ranging from 3-6 miles, and follow the run up with coffee, snacks, stretching and a guest speaker. All paces and abilities welcome!
This month, we'll follow up our run with a cooking demo and samples by Ali Bourgerie, of Shifting Nutrition.
Cookshop Run Club is a free event, but please RSVP so that we have enough coffee and snacks for everyone!
