Cookshop will be participating in this year’s Eat Oregon Now's Holiday Marketplace! This market showcases producers from across Oregon who source sustainable ingredients from Oregon's rich agricultural bounty. They promote food and drink as meaningful alternative gifts, and offer creative ideas for holiday meals + entertaining. We’ll also be doing a few demos in the kitchen, so come by and learn a new recipe or two!
