Join Chef Fabi for a delicious deep dive into making Paella from scratch at home. She will be sharing tips and tricks to make this recipe at home with ease for your family and friends. We'll be talking about all things Paella - where to source your ingredients, which type of rice to use, the importance of saffron, and more!
What to expect:
Class will include all instruction, tools, recipes and ingredients.
There will be some demo, and lots of time for hands-on cooking.
Sampling the Paella at the end of class or take home leftovers. Paella will contain chicken and shellfish.
This class is dairy and gluten free friendly.
Bring containers to transport leftovers home! (we will have boxes on hand too).

Chef Fabi has been teaching cooking classes for over 12 years in the Portland area. Fabi attended culinary school 14 years ago and has worked in many kitchens since but found her love of being a cooking instructor along the way. Fabi has studied a variety of savory and sweet cuisines including Asian cuisine, baking and pastry. Chef Fabi was born in Mexico to a Mexican and Spanish family and learned how to cook from her Mama, Fabiola. She now shares her family’s recipes in all of her cooking classes with you!
