A snacking cake is an easy cake that can be put together quickly and enjoyed casually. In this class we’ll prepare a number of snacking cakes and end our class with a tasting, comparing flavors and textures.
What to expect:
Registration fee includes all materials, ingredients, instruction and equipment.
Students will each take home some cake at the end of class.
Kids ages 7+ are welcome to attend this class.
Ingredients for this class will include gluten and nuts, flour, sugar and butter.

About our instructor:
Sara Gray is a home cook and baker, parent, and Portland native. She’s always loved to bake, winning a 4-H grand prize at age 13 for quickbread at the Oregon State Fair. She loves cookbooks and co-hosts a podcast all about them called Cookbook Club.
