The women behind Cookshop and The Croft Farm invite you to our second season of Camp For Grown Ups!

Our April Camp will be a one day event where you'll indulge in mindful practices, nurturing activities, and heartfelt conversations that we hope will leave you refreshed, rejuvenated, and inspired.

Retreat fee of $225 per person includes all activities, coffee/tea, lunch and snacks.

DATE: April 26, 2025

What to expect:

  • Lunch and snacks.

  • Coffee & tea at arrival, additional beverages throughout the day.

  • Meaningful learning opportunities, led by local women artists and entrepreneurs.

Included Learning Opportunities:

  • Guided cold plunge + sauna (thermal cycles) and shrubs by Sascha of Sauvie Shrubs.

  • Whole plant skincare intro + diy facials with Melissa from Gatherwise.

  • Clay Workshop with Anna of Carter & Rose (work will get fired after the event)

  • A discussion of assigned reading (short article) with Vail.

Rough Schedule (exact timing/order of activities may change):

8:30 am Optional carpool meet up (exact location TBD)

9:00 am arrival at The Croft

  • Morning Activity: Guided Cold plunge and Sauna + warm shrub tea with Sascha

  • Morning Activity 2: Facials with Gatherwise

1:00 pm Lunch

  • Afternoon Activity 1: Clay Facial Pots with Carter & Rose

  • Afternoon Activity 2: Closing article discussion, led by Vail

Q: Can I bring my kids?

A: No, this weekend will be 21+.

Q: Can I bring my pet?

A: Sorry, no pets (dogs, cats, other) allowed.

Q: I have some food allergies/intolerances, can those be accommodated?

A: Possibly! Our menus will have vegetarian options, and some other dietary restrictions might be ok. Please reach out by emailing meredith@portlandcookshop.com and we’ll see if our menu will be a good fit for you.
