Beer, Bread & Bikes!

Join us for an afternoon of baking, tasting beer, and biking! We'll meet at Cookshop where we'll start making ciabatta dough, and use some sourdough starter to begin a loaf of sourdough sandwich bread. While those doughs are proofing, we'll bike over to Leikam Brewing to tour their backyard brewery and taste some beer. Next, we'll return to Cookshop to shape and bake our breads. While the bread is in the oven, we'll enjoy a picnic lunch. Each student will leave with 2 loaves of bread.
