Handmade Pasta: Color and Texture


Join Leta Norton, chef and pasta maker extraordinaire, for an evening of mixing, rolling, shaping and eating delicious pasta! In this third class in our hands-on pasta series we’ll cover creating colorful doughs infused with fruit and vegetable purees, and using tools to add texture and visual interest. 

Class will include generous samples of pasta, appetizers, a glass of wine, and each participant will leave with a box of pasta they made during class.
