Italy Week: Handmade Pasta

Join Leta Norton, chef and pasta maker extraordinaire, for an evening of mixing, rolling, shaping and eating delicious pasta! This introductory pasta class will cover handformed pasta shapes, including: orecchiette, cavatelli, and pici. Class will include a dough demonstration and sauce pairing recipes.
