From Dough to Dessert: 2 Day Bread Camp for Middle Schoolers

In this two-day baking adventure, middle schoolers will roll up their sleeves and learn the magic of baking from scratch. We’ll knead dough for soft dinner rolls, twist and boil our own bagels, and whip up a warm, cinnamon-spiced apple crisp. Along the way, campers will pick up essential kitchen skills, work with yeast doughs, and of course, taste their delicious creations fresh from the oven!

What to expect:

  • Registration fee includes all materials, ingredients, instruction and equipment.

  • Students will each take home their itesm at the end of class.

  • Kids in 6th-8th grade are welcome to attend this class.

  • Ingredients for this class will include gluten, dairy, sugar and possibly nuts. Please inquire before registering if you are unsure if this class will be a good match for your child’s dietary needs.
