Join Chef Zach for a hands-on fall cooking class where you’ll spatchcock and roast a perfect chicken with Tuscan salsa verde, whip up a versatile vinaigrette and salad, and cook a seasonal veggie side featuring the best of the PNW harvest. Finish on a sweet note with a cozy apple crumble—an impressive, go-to menu you’ll want to make all season long.
What to expect:
Class will include all instruction, tools, recipes, and ingredients.
This class contains chicken, seasonal produce, nuts, and alliums. Please contact us BEFORE registering if you are unsure if this class will be a good match for your dietary needs.
There will be some demo, and plenty of hands-on cooking.
Wine and beer available for purchase
Class will end with a seated meal around our large, farmhouse table.
