Join us for a class all about the perfect summertime cocktail, the spritz! Pastry Chef, distiller, and founder of Dappled Tonic, Faith Dionne knows a thing or two about crafting the most delicious, refreshing, and seasonal cocktails. In this class, you’ll learn how to prepare syrups and infusions, pair ingredients with different basees, and garnishes to take your drinks to the next level. We’ll be taking a “field trip” to the Cookshop Garden (just 2 blocks away) to source some ingredients.
What to Expect:
Class includes all ingredients, tools, recipes and instruction.
Students will learn 3 different spritzes.
Drinks will include fruit, wine, tonic, vermouth, and various vegetables and garnishes.
Demo + technique instruction and hands-on time.
Light snacks will be served during class.
All students will leave with a bottle of berry syrup.
