In this class we will make pretzel dough from scratch, learn how to create their celebrated shape, top with salt and bake. Students will get to sample their creations and take home a few pretzels to share with their family!

The perfect vehicle for a myriad of flavors, you'll be able to put your creative side to the test! You'll learn the right equipment to use, a basic recipe or two to use as a base, lots of options for flavor add-ins, and head home with a batch of 'mallows to share with friends and family (or to eat all by yourself, no one's judging here!).
